During 19 to 21 February 2025, the EU4Good Governance project in close collaboration with the Ministry of Finance conducted the first Training of Trainers session for internal auditors in the public sector. This training aimed to strengthen auditors’ capacity to implement best international practices and enhance governance and transparency in public institutions.
Key training areas included:
✅ Designing effective training sessions for internal auditors
✅ Teaching methodologies and audience engagement techniques
✅ Effective communication and presentation of audit findings
✅ Continuous performance evaluation and improvement in auditing
The training took a practical and interactive approach by the EU4GG experts who shared their experience and knowledge. The participants were equipped with advanced skills to lead successful training sessions in the future.
