The Cross-Cutting Strategy for Public Administration Reform (CCPARS) 2030 has been approved by a Decision of the Council of Ministers on 31 July 2025. Experts from the EU for Good Governance (EU4GG) project have provided technical assistance to draft the CCPARS 2030 and its accompanying Action Plan 2025-2027, passport of indicators and costing, developed under the leadership of the Minister of State for Public Administration and Anti-Corruption.
The CCPARS 2030 outlines reforms across five key pillars:

Organization, Accountability & Oversight
Green Public Administration
EU4GG will continue its support to the implementation and monitoring of the PAR Strategy.
