Ky dokument kritik u hartua me mb\u00ebshtetjen e ekspert\u00ebve t\u00eb Projektit t\u00eb Asistenc\u00ebs Teknike &#8220;BE p\u00ebr Qeverisje t\u00eb Mir\u00eb&#8221; t\u00eb financuar nga BE-ja, dhe do t\u00eb drejtoj\u00eb reformat n\u00eb menaxhimin e financave publike gjat\u00eb dekad\u00ebs s\u00eb ardhshme. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Takimi mblodhi s\u00eb bashku figura ky\u00e7e, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Ministrin e Financave, z. Ervin Mete; ambasadorin e BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Z. Silvio Gonzato; Menaxherin e Bank\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore, Z. Emanuel Salinas; Kryetarin e Komisionit Parlamentar t\u00eb Ekonomis\u00eb dhe Financave, z. Eduard Shalsi; dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb tjer\u00eb nga Ministria e Financave dhe institucionet qeveritare.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministri i Financave theksoi angazhimin e strategjis\u00eb p\u00ebr forcimin e proceseve buxhetore, duke u fokusuar n\u00eb rritjen e monitorimit, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e sistemit tatimor dhe doganor dhe rritjen e auditimit t\u00eb shpenzimeve. Ai vuri n\u00eb dukje se mbledhja e t\u00eb ardhurave ka performuar fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 2024, me parashikime q\u00eb arrinin mbi 28% t\u00eb PBB-s\u00eb. M\u00eb tej, ministri n\u00ebnvizoi nj\u00eb ulje t\u00eb ndjeshme t\u00eb detyrimeve t\u00eb prapambetura n\u00eb rreth 1% t\u00eb shpenzimeve totale \u2013 m\u00eb e ul\u00ebta q\u00eb nga viti 2016 \u2013 duke demonstruar ndikimin e reformave n\u00eb vazhdim n\u00eb menaxhimin e financave publike.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ambasadori i BE-s\u00eb Z.Gonzato p\u00ebrs\u00ebriti mb\u00ebshtetjen e vendosur t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpjekjet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin n\u00eb BE, duke theksuar se menaxhimi i sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb i financave publike \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsor n\u00eb procesin e integrimit.
